Let Hey Baby V.S. help you find it. Request a specific or one-off item, and we’ll check whether we can source it for you.
How it works
- Send us your name, email address, item description, brand, size, colour, quantity, and delivery destination. Include a product link if available.
- We’ll confirm availability, the exact item, total price including applicable shipping and taxes, and an estimated delivery window before you pay.
- If you’d like to proceed, we’ll send an invoice with a secure checkout link. Once payment is received, we can begin sourcing your item.
Submitting a request does not place an order or guarantee availability. Please do not send payment details with your request.
Special-request order terms
You may cancel before we begin sourcing your item. Once sourcing begins, your order is final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned for change of mind.
If we’re unable to source your item, we’ll issue a full refund. If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, or does not arrive, please contact us so we can resolve the issue. These terms do not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
Delivery windows are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. We’ll contact you if there is a material change to availability or the estimated timing.
